Cyclone and critting

So I was reading Vertraag's Skinny WW Barbarian build and it looks pretty fun. I'm wondering how Cyclone works with critical strikes though. I was reading somewhere and saw that if the first Cyclone tick crits, they'll all crit, otherwise none will crit at all. Is that true, or is each crit chance rolled independently for each tick?

What you read was correct. If the first hit from Cyclone crits, they'll all crit; otherwise none of them will.
