fb is a "more" pdmg gear that means it doesn't decrease the effect ratio in ur passive tree
that is, it is really effective for us to get"increased physical damage" in our passive trees and gears
otherwise, with meleesplash , infernal blow has two aoes, so it is also awsome for us to get "increased area of effect" in our passive trees and gears
