Description

Dual-Wield with Swords, Lightning, Critical Hit, Evasion

Arc

An arc of lightning stretches from the caster to a targeted nearby enemy and chains on to additional targets.

Storm Call

Sets a marker at the target location. After a short duration lightning strikes the marker, dealing damage around it. When this happens it will also set off the lightning at any other marker you have cast.

Lightning Warp

Casts a delayed teleport to a target destination. When the teleport occurs, lightning damage is dealt to the area around both where the player was and where they teleported to.

Whirling Blades

Dive through enemies, dealing weapon damage. Only works with daggers, claws and one handed swords.

Reave

Attacks a small area in front of you. Each consecutive Reave that hits an enemy increases the area of effect. The area is reset after a short period without hitting anything. Only works with daggers, claws, and one handed swords.

Infuses your melee weapon with electrical energies as you swing. In addition to converting some of your physical damage to lightning damage, the stored energy is released from the weapon as projectiles as you strike, flying out behind your target to hit farther-away enemies. Guide

It's not mentioned to use all of the Skill Gems, pick a few you like and gain them with Support Gems which fit.

I think "Lightning Tendrils" could be a nice Skill Gem for range. Didn't found it in the list. The same is true for "Static Strike" as melee skill.

This is my first build, and just the way how I try to skill my first char currently, so please be patient. ;-)

I will try to keep this build up to date.

I have been follow your suggest to my account in PoE
Very nice Crit Spell damage for lightning

but i never use skill mele just damage by spell ..
