Keep Glacial Hammer equipped through out your game play, then grab ground slam as soon as possible. Once you've gotten to level 14 start working your way towards blood magic. After you've gotten blood magic use the two passive refund points you have and take away reduced mana cost & intelligence from early in the build. Then use those points for the Mace damage nodes a little farther up on the skill tree.
