Weapon - Opal or Void Sceptre for high crit/elemental damage and decent dps.
Armor - Mostly usual Armor/ES gear, though using Increased Phys Dmg and Attack Speed uniques atm (Lv61).
Jewelry - For good Accuracy, Max ES, Added Dmg. Thinking about going Zealot's Oath as I've got many Life regen modifiers here.
