You wasted so many points on getting extra attack speed when you can't even sustain api without leech, no mind drinker or anything?

What a terrible build, why on earth would you use pcoc when you already get power charges from PS? Also why did you take int nodes when you can spend a couple more points and get an extra power charge, just an all round awful theory craft imo
