Possible to change Crit Strikes for.....
1) Crit Damage, instead due to 600% crit chance from Ice Spear second form.
2) Faster Casting
3) Cold Penetration (Changes Chest required)
4) Mana Leech, to help keep mana going as much as possible(Changes Chest required)

Incomplete. Skill tree is only to level 20? That's 1-2 hours before your guide becomes useless.
