Carnage Heart. Why? Because of the Lifesteal, since you are using Blood Rage and the Chaos Damage is hurting you constantly.

Guide

Explanation when your fighting:
Pop Blood rage and start attacking mobs, because Blood Rage builds a Frenzy Charge after you kill 1 thing, you should have infinite Frenzy Charges (In Duration).

Explanation For Auras:
You want to have 2 Auras, mostly 1 Dps and 1 DEF.
HATRED is a Must, Grace or Determination can be your second aura.


First time creating a build like this, so comments and suggestions would be helpful.

Hey man great build! I really like it. I'm using it myself for my duelist and I love the play style of the build. Great guide by the way; very simple, easy and straight foward to use. Everything is listed in a simple fashion and I'd recommend it.
