My take on a LA Ranger in the Nemesis League

Help Oak in Normal Difficulty - Rewards +40 to Maximum Life
Help Oak in Cruel Difficulty - Rewards +12% to Physical Damage
Kill all the bandits in Merciless Difficulty - Rewards 1 Passive Skill Point

Gear

When looking for gear you should keep your eyes open for Physical Dmg and Elemental % DMG, Aswell as keeping your HP up enough so you got atleast a 800HP when you hit Cruel. Rest is selfexplanatory.. Max out Resi's early and keep them up as much as possible. NOTE: Weapon Elemental Damage should only be used as luxury, Do not focus on getting it before you actually got the sixth link. Second Note; Frenzy will be your main single target skill. So do not forget about it.

Guide

Now to the fun part...


What I've done is, you go first for the projectile speeds and phys damage at the start, Grab Aspect of the Eagle as early as you may. Then work downwards to Iron Reflexes and Leather and Steel.
From here on out you got most of the DMG nodes you will need untill merciless. So start going for the HP nodes at Golem's Blood.
Might aswell continue up to Steel Skin and grab the three armor nodes there.
Once you're at Steel Skin, Go back to the start of the tree and build up thru the two INT nodes, If you go left, You get the extra Mana and Mana regen + max mana. Pick up Charisma when you're going to start having more than one buff.
From there on out, You prioritize what you need the most.

198% HP w/ all nodes, 48% Mana, approx 105% extra damage with projectiles.
