Description

For use as needed elemental damage that is buffed for all types but no specific type of elemental spell damage. Based on low level spells.

Suggested Leagues: Standard, Domination

Lightning (spark to storm call when avail)

Arc

An arc of lightning stretches from the caster to a targeted nearby enemy and chains on to additional targets.

Cold Snap

Ice crystals protrude from the ground at target location. Monsters in this area take damage and become frozen. The cooldown can be bypassed by expending a Power Charge.

Elemental status effects (for example, freezing or burning) caused by this skill also affect nearby enemies.

Fire ( for those pesky Lightning Resisters)

Incinerate

Launches a torrent of fire from your hand. The longer you repeatedly cast the spell from the same location, the larger and more damaging the flames become.

Supported skills have a chance to apply supported curses on hit. You cannot cast supported curses directly.

Casts a delayed teleport to a target destination. When the teleport occurs, lightning damage is dealt to the area around both where the player was and where they teleported to.

Summons a totem that can cast the attached spell.

Alternative to Arc

Storm Call

Sets a marker at the target location. After a short duration lightning strikes the marker, dealing damage around it. When this happens it will also set off the lightning at any other marker you have cast.

Sup, been using your build and im in lvl 15 (not so high yet xD) and i have one question. if i take ''Doom Cast'' that gives 60% crit with spells and the ''bloodthirst'' with 45 % crit. That will land me on 105% crit. What does it do if i get more than that? This was just an example but i hope u get the point. Nice if u would answer me!

Hi, just saw the post sorry for the delay. The % crit is misleading a little because at +105% you actually dont have 100% crit chance. If your normal crit chance was say 5%, then +100% would make you have 10% crit chance.
